I am a Colorado native and located in Northern Colorado. I have helped thousands of families with their home loan needs. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide an enjoyable and stress-free experience for my customers. My background in management, underwriting, processing, post-closing, and compliance gives me an edge in understanding the acceptability of various loan products, including Conventional, Jumbo, Government, Down Payment Assistance, and more. My strong skills in attention to detail, new business development, and business relationship management enable me to deliver high-quality service and build trust with my referral partners and borrowers. My mission is to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end and achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Peggy Kramer has been in the banking and mortgage industry since 2005. During this time customer service has always been her priority. She is always an advocate for her clients and takes great pride in finding mortgage solutions for each of her customers, especially those with complex lending needs.

Peggy grew up in Fort Collins and enjoys family time, bicycling, scuba diving and traveling with her husband, Chuck. She is also a member of the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS® and actively supports community charities; one of her favorites is Food Bank for Larimer County.

Peggy is excited to work with Elevations, a local Credit Union with such a passion for giving back to the community.
